Background

Lukas Baldewein has been practising as an attorney at Schindhelm in Osnabrück since 2023.

After completing his legal clerkship in 2022 in his hometown of Bielefeld, including a placement at a renowned German law firm in Brussels, he initially worked as an attorney in Hamburg, where he specialised in litigation and dispute resolution.

Lukas Baldewein advises and represents companies of all sizes in commercial and corporate law. A key focus of his practice is litigation and dispute resolution, in particular complex shareholder disputes – from strategic conflicts in family businesses and disputes in mid-sized companies to multifaceted conflicts in complex ownership structures.

In addition, he advises on management liability from both the company’s and the managers’ perspective, as well as on classical commercial disputes between companies.

He supports clients both in preventive out-of-court advice and in enforcing their interests before state courts and arbitral tribunals (DIS, ICC).
