Background
Luisa Runge has been working as a lawyer at Schindhelm’s Osnabrück office since 2026.
After completing her legal traineeship in the district of the Higher Regional Court of Oldenburg in 2023, she initially worked as a lawyer at an international commercial law firm, where she specialised in litigation and dispute resolution and gained extensive experience in civil litigation.
She studied law at Georg-August University Göttingen.
Luisa Runge advises and represents clients in civil and commercial disputes. Her practice focuses on litigation and dispute resolution, in particular the judicial and out-of-court enforcement and defence of claims, as well as claims management and enforcement proceedings.
During her legal studies, she specialised in medical law and subsequently further developed her expertise while working at a law firm specialising in this field.
Representation of internationally active companies in a large number of civil litigation proceedings, including numerous oral hearings before courts throughout Germany.
Advice and representation of an internationally active food company in extensive product liability and damages proceedings relating to the supply of food ingredients.
Ongoing advice and representation of several companies in the out-of-court and judicial enforcement of claims as well as in enforcement proceedings in Germany and abroad.
