Background
Reinhard Paulitsch has worked as an independent lawyer since 1995; from 1995-1999, he worked at the law firm Chalupsky and Gumpoldsberger; since 1999 he has been a partner at SWCP.
He completed his school education in 1979 with the “Abitur” (general qualification for university entrance) from the Salzgitter-Bad grammar school (Federal Republic of Germany). Between 1980 and 1985, Reinhard Paulitsch studied music at the Academy of Music and Performing Arts in Graz. He then studied law at the Karl Franzens University in Graz between 1985 and 1990, gaining his doctorate (“Dr. iur.”) in 1990.
After completing his year of court practice in Bad Ischl and Wels and his lawyer training practice in Wels and Salzburg, he passed his lawyer’s examination in 1995.

Reinhard Paulitsch has comprehensive experience in the area of disputed procedural, tort, warranty and product liability law and advises domestic and foreign companies on trademark and unfair competition law. He is also specialised in the area of Austrian tenancy and leasing law and in the field of general contract law, in particular standard terms and conditions.
Reinhard Paulitsch regularly gives talks, in particular on compensation, warranty and product liability law and in the field of intangible goods law and civil procedure law.
