Background

Agata Koba joined the SDZLEGAL Schindhelm team in January 2024.

From 2007 to 2012, she studied at the Faculty of Law at the University of Silesia in Katowice. After graduating in 2013, she started her attorney-at-law training at Bar Association of Attorneys-at-Law in Katowice. In 2016, she was registered as attorney-at-law in Katowice.

Prior to joining the firm's team, she gained experience running her own law firm and working for a public administration body and specializing in environmental law.

Expertise

Agata Koba advises domestic and foreign clients on environmental law and represents them before administrative courts, administrative bodies, as well as inspection authorities. She has many years of experience as a lawyer in the Environmental Protection Inspectorate.

She provides legal assistance in obtaining and amending the necessary permits and permissions, including those issued under the Law on Waste or the Environmental Protection Law.

She also provides ongoing legal services to companies operating in Poland and abroad, preparing drafts of legal opinions and information and drafting pleadings.
