Background

Katarzyna Zielezińska-Pierzynka advises and provides legal assistance to Polish and foreign entrepreneurs in the areas of labor law and criminal law, both at the pre-litigation stage and in court disputes. She joined the SDZLEGAL Schindhelm team in July 2024 and is a member of the Labor Law Department.

From 2012 to 2017, Katarzyna Zielezińska-Pierzynka studied law at the Faculty of Law, Administration and Economics of the University of Wrocław. As part of the Erasmus + scholarship, she also studied in English and German at the Freie Universität in Berlin.

From 2018 to 2020, she served her legal training at the District Bar Council in Wrocław. She was admitted to the list of attorneys in 2021.

She also completed postgraduate studies in ‘Medical Law and Bioethics’ and ‘Personal Data Protection’ at the University of Wrocław.

Prior to joining the SDZLEGAL Schindhelm team, she gained her professional experience working in a leading law firm in Wrocław, working on litigation in the field of civil as well as criminal law, providing legal services to entrepreneurs and individuals. She has also completed a course in legal German organised by the Laboratory of Teaching Law in Foreign Languages at the University of Wrocław. She is also a certified mediator, entered on the list of permanent mediators kept by the President of the Regional Court in Wrocław.
