Background

Michalina Glapińska has been working with SDZLEGAL Schindhelm since September 2021. From 2014 to 2019 she studied law at the Faculty of Law and Administration of Nicolaus Copernicus University in Toruń. She spent a semester at LUISS Guido Carli University in Rome as part of the Erasmus+ program.

She gained professional experience during her graduate internship at the Consulate General of the Republic of Poland in Toronto.

She has practical experience as a specialist for legalization of stay and work of foreigners.

At the firm, she is a member of the Employment Law team.

Expertise

Michalina Glapińska advises domestic and foreign entities on the legalization of stay and work of foreigners, including obtaining work permits and other documents entitling to take up employment by foreigners in Poland. She provides substantive support as well as assists clients and foreigners in filing applications with the authorities.
